Wisconsin Transit Riders Alliance has a full platform of long (< 5 years), medium (3-5 years) and short (this year) plans. Items considered highest priority are in its Strategic Plan. Our #1 issue is for there to be the enablement of Regional Transportation Authorities that allocate at least 50% of their funds to public transit.
