Members benefit from networking and associational opportunities. Display your logo. Become eligible for non-profit tax status. Receive email and web privileges. Fill out this FORM.

Your donation is tax deductible. We are a federal nonprofit [501(c)(3)] with EIN 46-3987580.
We are also a recognized charity in the State of Wisconsin (15205-800).

Individual and Group Networking Benefits enable you to:
   1. Show that you are a friend of public transit;
   2. Get ideas for programs, speakers, and actions from other transit advocates;
   3. Learn about civil government and processes;
   4. Share what works and doesn’t work;
   5. Become a member of our email group where we share relevant up-to-date information;
   6. Join in our virtual meetings (our annual Spring meeting’s face-to-face nature is currently suspended);
   7. Access our archive of past meeting Minutes, committee reports and other miscellaneous documents;
   8. Acquire an individual or group email address with the “witransitriders.org” suffix; and
   9. Have a subdirectory web area on WTRA’s website (often costing $100+/yr or more).

501(c)(3) Tax Status
As an umbrella organization, it is possible for chapters to benefit from WTRA’s 501(c)(3) status and become eligible for grants and other donations requiring such status. Contact Treasurer Susan De Vos at smdevos@witransitriders.org and read #9 of this for more discussion.
